Councillor Richard P Barr (Vice Chairman)

Richard is married to Clare and have lived in Lower Seagry since 2013.  They have 2 young children who attend local primary school and Richard also has 2 grown up sons.  He is a serving RAF engineering officer, specialising in satellite communications systems and is currently based at MOD Corsham.  Outside work, he helps Clare look after the menagerie of animals they have and is attempting to extensively modernise their family home.
